What Should I Expect?
Going to visit a new church for the first time can be intimidating, so we want to be as helpful as we can to make your visit a great one.
What should I wear?
FGCF is an informal, family-friendly environment. Pastor Nate will be preaching in a button down shirt and jeans. You can certainly wear your "Sunday best" if you would like, or you can wear a t-shirt and shorts. Come dressed however you feel comfortable! If you have a child who will be attending Children's Church, the school has asked that we not wear dress shoes on the gym floor. So, please have your children wear athletic shoes or be prepared to take off dress shoes at the gym door.
Worship
At Faith & Grace, we open with family worship. All ages gather together to worship in song, with a mix of contemporary songs and hymns.
Have some coffee
After worship, there will be a meet and greet time. Feel free to have a cup of coffee or juice from the hospitality table! As a guest, this would be a good time to fill out a visitor card with your name and contact information. We encourage you to do this, as it gives us the opportunity to see how we can serve you in any way. At this point, children are dismissed to Children's Church. Of course, any parent is welcome to keep their children with them throughout the service.
The message (sermon)
Pastor Nate preaches verse by verse, and each week will bring a teaching style, Bible based message. Currently, we are working through the book of Matthew. If you would like to hear one of Pastor Nate's messages, please check out the sermon audio page. At the close of the sermon, there will be an invitation and a time of prayer.
