Our children and youth are of critical importance to us at Faith & Grace. After all, they are the future of our faith! We have a growing and active children's ministry.
On Sunday mornings, Children's Church is offered during the sermon for children who wish to attend. Depending on the Sunday, we may have a multi-age worship service and lesson, when the teenagers assist in teaching the younger kids and build a community of faith. On alternate Sundays, we divide into Children's Church (5th grade and under) and Youth (6th grade and up), where the older kids can tackle some of real-life faith application while younger students learn at their level. After a time of age appropriate worship, the children will have a lesson, followed by a game or other fun activities. The games can be pretty active, so be prepared to run and play after the lesson! If the weather is nice, they will probably go outside after the lesson. Of course, any child who wishes to stay with parents is always welcome in the sanctuary!
Outside of Children's Church, there are frequent family and outreach activities. Activities such as skating parties, Harvest Festival with fund family games and other events are fun for all ages. And of course, the single largest outreach event that FGCF hosts is an annual Vacation Bible School held in the summer.
Our FGCF Youth Program is a growing ministry for students 6th grade and up.Check our calendar for our monthly youth group meeting, or join us at a concert, Kingsfest, Winter Jam, or service project! Our focus with our youth is that they will learn to live out their faith in a fellowship with one another.
